Mega Park, Bellville South

Mega Park is situated on the corner of Peter Barlow Drive and Mill Street (the latter being the service road of Robert Sobukwe Road). An upgraded and modernized business park with a Gross Lettable Area of approximately 80,000m² plus multiple yard areas of some 6,550m². The park has been converted into both warehouse and factory accommodation and a significant storage facility. A large portion of the improvements are single storey industrial units – which are self-contained in that they are serviced with internal offices and toilets. Given the nature and construction of the buildings, one is able to divide the accommodation into smaller mini-industrial units as well as retaining larger boxes. To this there are currently units ranging from 40m² to 9,000m². The construction of the complex is made up of multiple buildings, ranging from steel portal frames to reinforced concrete frames with both brick infill and IBR cladding under multi-pitched roofs.
